• 50% Deposit is required to secure and confirm your appointment.

• If you need to, you can cancel your booking up to 48 hours before your appointment and receive a full refund to your original payment method or reschedule for another date and time.

• Bookings can be rescheduled at least 24 hours before your appointment.

• If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment then the appointment will be cancelled and your treatment cost will be retained if paid in full. If you have only paid a deposit this will be retained and non refundable. Any new bookings will require a new deposit to be paid.

(Lvl & Brow Lamination Policy)

• If you have not visited the salon in the last 6 months a patch test is required at least 24 hours before your appointment for all Lash Lift, Brow Lamination or Tinting services. Please contact the salon to arrange a patch test or book online.

• If you are pregnant or breastfeeding you are not suitable for any lash lift or brow lamination treatments.

(Eyelash Extension Policy)

• For Eyelash Extensions, it is not mandatory to have a Patch Test. However, if you would like a Patch Test this can be arranged especially if you are new to eyelash extensions. If you wish to have a Patch test for eyelash extensions please contact us to arrange this. 

• If you are pregnant, breastfeeding or have any special event we would recommend a Patch Test, especially if you haven't had eyelash extensions previously.

• If you have had lashes done by another lash tech outside of Bode Beauty you will be required to have the lashes removed as we do not infill other lash artists works. You will need to remove any lash extensions before your appointment or a removal can be added to your appointment at an additional cost. 

• There is a 4 week cut off time for infills for Classic & Hybrid sets & a 3 week cut off for Volume Sets. Any infills booked after the cut off time from your last appointment will be cancelled and a new set will be booked.

• It is important to come to your appointment make up free without any eye make up especially mascara as this can take time remove which takes away from the appointment time.
